Did the job, moved lots of heavy items from 2nd floor flat on recent house move. This item made the task so much easier. Sturdy and reliable trolley.

I can now move fridge freezer and washing machine etc on my own. Very pleased I purchased on Amazon.

Unfortunately this product did not do what it ‘says on the tin’ The whole trolley is made from hollow materials and I am unsure as to how it would carry the maximum kg’s it reports to take. The handles simply would bow and break. The plate for stacking materials is too narrow for holding medium/large size boxes. Trying to pull this upstairs is almost impossible, yes it has the three wheels but in order to get them to work ( with any weight on) it is necessary to pull with full force to get it to move.The wheels are solid therefore no give. It is heavy and hard to pull across any uneven surface.This was a bad purchase. Possibly ok for briquettes or such. Very disappointed. Waste of money.

Well, it arrived within a week. When I finally did unpack I found it had been slightly damaged in transit.However, I still managed to assemble it. It is quite robust but very heavy. I have a bad foot and needed it to get an old microwave and swivel chair down five flights of stairs to the refuse collection point. I made so much noise, my neighbour phoned and then came out to make sure I wasn't being beaten up or burgled. ON the first trip down the handles separated from the rest of the trolley. I think that was my fault. I did regret not buying some bungee cords to go with it.It did do the job. It's foldability means I can stow it more easily in my small flat until the next time I need to shift something heavy or outsized. The solid rubber tyres do emit a quite powerful smell. I trust it will fade in time.It did the job and I do recommend it. Be aware that it is not light.

Easy assembly and very sturdy. Makes lifting heavy items simple

Stairclimbing works well, but product arrived faulty, the handle's folding mechanism wasn't aligned properly and was stiff or impossible to extend or collapse.The trolley is very heavy, so might be ok for fridges but not for lighter objects where you don't expect to be yanking and tugging.On the plus side, the company did respond super fast to my problems and reimbursed me promptly. So well done to their customer service.
