hat is the use by date on these chocolates?

Last year I bought a box in November to give as a xmas present and the use by date on that box was the following March.

Are they gluten free?

The big dark chocolate marzipan bars are definitely gluten free, so I'd assume that these are too as they are the same, but smaller

Label says 40% almonds, item description says 58% why ?

You have to read these labels quite carefully: Actually says 71% of product is marzipan (rest is chocolate). Total almond content (chocolate + marzipan) is 40%, so this means that the marzipan itself has 56.34% almonds in it (close enough to their 58% though not mathematically precise). Does that help? :-)
