Awesome laptop
Fantastic. Came exactly as described. No magnetic charger but it came with a block and the usb c charger. Works just fine this is one of the nicest laptops I've ever had. Great battery and really fast!

Pretty impressed
It's renewed so I've been very skeptically inspecting this device over the 2 weeks I've had it. Differences that I can discern vs new are: - small scratch near one of the screws on the bottom - rubber trim that keeps the screen off the keyboard when closed isn't perfectly straight (but works just fine) - didn't come in the original box - came with a 65W generic usb c charger instead of magsafe Battery, screen, performance are all great as far as I can tell, and that's really all I care about anyway. So it was a great deal for me.

Everything was looking good. I got a usbc charger but the charging block isn't the original, but it works good just as the original. I got a 89% battery life, not bad but its ok cause i just use it for college and just typing documents and stuff. Pretty good imo.

Pleasantly Suprised
Like most, I was nervous buying a “Renewed” laptop. But this system was by all means in Excellent condition. There was allowed to be small scratches and 80-90% battery health for the condition I purchased and there was zero wear and the health is 100%. The only wear I see is on the feet, the type c ports(barely) and the keys. If this is how all renewed items come I’ll definitely buy again. Plus saving $200+ over a new MacBook.

Renewed?
Delivery from Kanga - Delivery was awful. Had to pick this up at UPS location 3 days after promised date with no explanations as to why. Computer - keyboard did not respond at all. Had to pack it up to return after hours wasted trying giving it the benefit of the doubt. Kanga - They assumed it was my fault and were somewhat difficult in agreeing to the return. Then they took another a week to refund the money. I have transferred and set up over 50 MacBooks, I know exactly how it should go, and whether or not the computer in perfect working order. Many hours of wasted time and energy, running around and gas money later, this was quite a bad experience. If you claim the computer is "renewed", it should be tested for perfect working order before being sold. "Renewed" usually means "B stock", and Apple computers are rarely defective. Yet this one was. No excuse! Kanga? Never again.
