Kalita Stainless Steel Wave 155 Coffee Dripper, Size, Silver

I'll start by saying that I'm not normally a drinker of filtered coffee, but it seems easier on the stomach than my usual moka pot brew. Of the few pour over cones I've tried this one is easily the best quality of manufacture and the best looking. It also seems less fussy, I don't weigh coffee grounds, time water pouring or measure water precisely, nor do I take temperatures and believe it or not it still turns out acceptable coffee. Just don't use boiling water to make your coffee, pour your hot water in dribs and drabs and two tablespoons of grounds to get three quarters of mug-full seems good to me. The only negatives: buying filters over the internet as you aren't going to get them in your local supermarket. The coffee isn't that strong either, I thought it was just me so I went to one of our local more pretentious coffee joints and asked Mark (the ginger bearded) to show me how and after an age he produced better coffee but still lacking the bite and texture I normally get in my coffee (trapped in the filter?) so it lacks body and is missing an after-taste, to be fair some call this a nice clean cup along with a lack of gritty bits at the bottom of your cup!

It does exactly what it needs to do, and quickly. Very easy to clean. My issue is that it is smaller than I expected - good for an espresso, but not the larger 'cup' which I was expecting.

A great product, the perfect way to make a quick brew when your hurrying to get out the door of a morning. I contacted the seller and was very pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received. I would definitely recommend both the Dripper and company. A top product!

Am very happy with this item. Just take care so you're not disappointed this - the 155 - is a small item, definitely for a single mug. Am enjoying pour over coffee now - the wave works a treat, and the item looks superb. I would happily recommend this.

The covid situation create some trouble during the shipment but the seller was helpful and ready to solve it. I'm actually really impressed by the customer care. 5 stars!!!

Bought this for work and its excellent. Makes a great cup of pour over coffee, despite not having gooseneck kettle etc at the office. Filters aren’t cheap but i think are worth it as the coffee it makes is great.

La Kalita 155 es muy fácil de usar, ideal tanto para principiantes como para los más experimentados. Esta medida es perfecta para una taza de 300 ml y 28-30g de café. Sin duda he podido sacarle provecho a los sabores de los granos que he utilizado. Sugiero comprar los filtros especiales para este tamaño.

Parfait, je ne vois pas de système plus simple ni plus fiable pour faire un bon café filtre. Compact, il est facilement glissé dans la valise, avec quelques filtres.

Kalita for pour-over.

I like this size for a single cup of coffee. Small enough to fit almost anywhere (small house friendly). It’s very sturdy and has been fine in the dishwasher. Bonus: stainless also survives houses with kids. Ceramic or glass would be toast. The little waves in the filters really do hold onto some of the coffee. I’m glad I chose this one even if the filters are more money.

見た目もステンレスでオシャレですし、ガラスや陶器では無いので割れにくくとても使いやすいです。味も安定していて、技術による差があまり出ないような気がします。ハンドドリップ初心者の私にはとても良いドリッパーだと思います。
