I was a little disappointed when this smoke alarm arrived as I thought I'd ordered a multi-pack of sensors.The unit is quite compact which makes in unobtrusive when placed on a ceiling in any room, large or small. The alarm is nicely styled with a glossy plastic shell and lots of curved edges.Fitting and operation is simple, the back plate is removed with a small twist and this exposes the battery compartment. The battery is a large non-uniform sized lithium type which I assume is why it's rated with a 10 year life.The back plate can be screwed onto the ceiling using the fixing kit or stuck on using the enclosed 3M adhesive pad.Once fitted a press of the test button sounds the alarm which is very loud and will raise most people from their sleep. I did a burning match test too and the alarm sounded almost straight away.Because I only received one sensor I can't comment on the interlinking functionality of this item although I've no reason to believe that it wouldn't work and that the set up would be relatively simple.Verdict: Simple and stylish alarm at a reasonable price. If I obtain another alarm I will update this review to address the interlink function.

This is a compact but powerful smoke detector. It was easily installed using the 3m, I could of used the screws but the adhesive allows for quick and easy installation without the need to drill into the ceiling.The machine has not yet detected any fires , thankfully, but when pressing the button to test it has emitted a very loud sound.I have not got other detectors in this range but I like how it connects to others.

Un detector de humo es algo que todo el mundo debería tener en su casa y es que es un plus de seguridad enorme porque quien no se ha dejado alguna vez una sartén al fuego sin darse cuenta.Este detector es muy sencillo de instalar ya que se puede instalar tanto con una cinta de doble cara que viene integrada o también con tacos y tornillos a la base desmontable.Lleva una pila con una duración de 10 años y que se puede sustituir de forma sencilla.En caso de que tengamos mas detectores de esta marca, ellos solos se van a sincronizar mediante radio frecuencia para dar aviso a todas las estancias de la casa.Tiene un pitido realmente potente que los vas a escuchar incluso fuera de casa.

Si tratta di un rilevatore di fumo che ho apprezzato per qualità costruttiva e funzionalità.La messa in funzione è semplice in quanto basta ruotare il coperchio ed appare il vano della batteria dove si deve togliere la linguetta trasparente che blocca il contatto elettrico tra pila e dispositivo.È alimentato da una batteria al litio 123a (una tipologia utilizzata anche per i sensori di movimento degli allarmi di casa) e quindi molto più durevole delle batterie a bottone in quanto si parla di almeno 5 anni.La qualità costruttiva è adeguata ed il fissaggio può esser fatto al soffitto avvitando il prodotto oppure senza forare incollandolo ad esempio sulle piastrelle utilizzando il cuscinetto adesivo 3M in dotazione.Una volta montato si può testare la sirena premendo il tastino centrale che fa partire una sirena bella assordante come è giusto che sia visto che deve allertare anche persone lontane.LA SUA PECULIARITÀ è la connettibilità del prodotto al wifi di casa onde poter monitorare anche da remoto ricevendo al contempo eventuali segnalazioni di allarme.IL RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO per me è adeguato.Ti ringrazio per il tempo che hai speso a leggere questa mia recensione che spero ti sia stata di aiuto!

Ich habe diesen Rauchmelder im VINE-Programm zum Testen erhalten - da es jedoch ein Einzelstück ist, kann ich die Funkverbindung (laut Beschreibung Vernetzung von bis zu 48 solcher Rauchmelder über eine Reichweite von 250m im Freien möglich) nicht testen.Die eigentliche Funktion entspricht anderen Rauchmeldern, wobei die Lautstärke von 120 dB direkt am Gerät angegeben wird, um in 3 Metern Entfernung noch >85 dB zu erreichen. Da bei 120 dB die Schmerzgrenze erreicht wird, ist das Testen des Rauchmelders am besten mit einer langen Stange durchzuführen - auf Armeslänge ist es immer noch EXTREM LAUT! So wird er auch im gesamten Haus gehört, wenn nicht gerade Musik in Disko-Lautstärke gespielt wird. Dann kann die Vernetzung den entscheidenden Vorteil bringen...Neben der 5-Jahres-Lithiumbatterie sollte die geringe Größe des Geräts erwähnt werden - mit 8 cm Seitenlänge ist es kleiner als eine Visitenkarte lang ist. Außerdem wird das Material als flammenhemmend angegeben, auch das ist nicht bei allen Konkurrenzprodukten der Fall.Ob die "neueste optische Interconnect-Sensortechnologie" mit ihrer 5x höheren Präzision tatsächlich Wasserdampf und ähnliches so gut detektieren kann, dass der Rauchmelder auch in der Küche eingesetzt werden kann, weiß ich nicht. Bei mir hängt er im Treppenhaus unter der Decke.Mit einem Preis von 20 (6er Pack) bis 22 Euro (einzeln) ist der kleine Rauchmelder deutlich teurer als Geräte ohne Vernetzung. Für größere Häuser, Nebengebäude (wenn die Entfernung überbrückt wird - muss man testen) oder Büros etc. mit vielen Räumen und geschlossenen Türen ist die Vernetzung aber sinnvoll. Hier ist der Preis sogar günstig, so dass ich (unter der nicht getesteten Voraussetzung, dass diese auch funktioniert) die vollen 5 Sterne vergebe.

Ho provato più volte a configurarlo con il wifi ma ho ancora difficoltà a farlo, pur avendo seguito correttamente le istruzioni. Non riesco a trovare da nessuna parte un contatto per ricevere assistenza sul prodotto
