Great product- exactly as described- good value for money and delivered quickly - whats not to like.

I've made frappes both with and without this and it's definitely better with it. It's not absolutely necessary to make frappes of course but you can tell a difference, especially if you want to get ice crystals and a sweeter flavour. The powder helps to blend the flavours and ice together better. I have previously worked as a master barista across 3 different caffe franchises and this is definitely a good quality powder that gives you exactly the same thing you'd get in a caffe. I've also used it to make milkshakes too and love the result. The tub is large so it will last a long while too. Would definitely recommend it and will buy again.

I bought this with the intention of making chocolate Frappe's. That's because Vanilla heavily brings out the flavour of chocolate whereas a chocolate powder version weakens it with various, more limited chocolate flavourings. Think of a bowl of ice cream - if you use chocolate ice cream with chocolate syrup, the syrup isn't very noticeable, but if you use vanilla ice cream, the chocolate syrup has a much more powerful taste.I was trying to replicate Pret-a-Manger's recipe, and this gets it very close, certainly in terms of texture. However, using as directed but with a tablespoon of Whittard's 70% cocoa chocolate powder makes (in my opinion) a Frappe with a much better and more 'realistic' chocolate flavour than anything i've had anywhere.As a bonus - it's vanilla, so it can work with a lot more than chocolate. It's a much larger tub than I expected - more similar in size to protein powder containers.

The product is good lovely taste and consistency. Good customer service. The box came completely smashed but the content was unattached. The seller provided 15% discount.

Absolutely delicious and makes great frappuccino drinks. It's also got suggested recipes on the side which really helped work out how much to use. Not grainy and doesn't taste artificial. When the tub runs out (and there's loads in there so it'll take a while) I'll be reordering.
