Bought and installed and fixed the problem

I didn’t like the fact that my motors I bought the first time sounded way too loud and seemed that they were about to die out. I like that they sent New ones and took care of the issue right away. Thank you very much.

Fast shipping and fit perfect

The motors turn the augers fine, but one of them makes an extremely loud whining noise. It will definitely need replacing as it’s been getting louder as time goes by

Augar won't spin one will but not other

You must change out spade ends on the "stove wires" to use these motors; the motors have wires coming off where the male spade clip usually is located. They supply the wire clips. I never used the motors, as the only motor that failed was the bottom augur motor and bearing. So, I am returning them. I replaced the entire bottom augur feed assembly with motor and bearing and shaft and collar. If the bottom motor on this unit fails, the top hopper augur motor will not engage on design, a safety feature. So, I cannot speak to how well these motors actually work for an Englander 55-SHP10L unit. However, they are the same electrical rating, torch and rotation direction as factory originals.
