Q: Can it be added to yoghurt

The product is very good, but the taste is very bitter, I think that if something sweet is added to make it a little softer when drinking it would be a very good option. I do not think that yogurt or another type of food affects the content of the product. We add a little honey.

Q: Does it contain soya or dairy?

It only says suitable for vegetarians / I can’t tell whether it has hidden diary or soya, but looking at the ingredients it’s just loads of vitamins and vegetable extract.

Q: Is there omega 3 in there

No there isn't. But, in the nutrigen growing up kid's fish oil one there is. It contains vitamins and minerals as well. Roughly about same price as the very one.

Q: What is the flavour ?

Not sure, but it doesn't taste very nice. I have to mix it in fruit puree to get my little one to take it.
