I like the overall size, number and size of compartments, and the fact that it stays very securely clasped on the outside. The only thing that bugs me (and would be a problem for anyone with dexterity issues/pain/arthritis/etc. of their fingers) is that the pill compartments are incredibly hard to open. The opening mechanism on each is very tiny, requiring you to use your fingernail. It does come with a guitar pick looking thing to help pry these open, but it’s clear and small. The only good way to store the pick is in one of the hard-to-open compartments, which sort of defeats the purpose. The pick is flat enough store “loose” outside of the compartments in the middle with the entire thing closed, but then you run the risk of dropping a tiny, clear piece of plastic when you open the device. I’ve already done that a few times.
