I've ordered these several times , like better than Pepsi

Dr Pete was perfectly like Dr Pepper once I got the proportions right. I really wanted Diet Coke, so I decided to give Diet Cola a try. I really wish I had not. It has a really strong RC Cola taste or maybe a bad pepsi. There's a really strong almost-not-quite citrus aftertaste(?). It may just be my personal tastes, but if you're somebody who has feelings about Coke v Pepsi, with a strong preference towards Coke, I wouldn't recommend Diet Cola. I was really happy with the shipping and everything else.

I like Diet Cola very much. Amazon sent me Diet Dr. Pete in my last order. It's okay, but not Cola.

If you are a DC fan, this will obviously not taste quite right.... But, I find that it is a pretty close replacement. With the cost of soda skyrocketing, I find that it helps to mix in some sodastream soda with the real stuff to save on cost. I'll often mix it with a half can of the real stuff. Plus, you can tinker with the amount of syrup and carbonation that you use to find a taste that you like. I find that putting more of the syrup than called for helps, but still trying to fins the ideal mix.

I got a sample of this when I bought my machine, and remember it tasted fine back then. I typically order the diet Pepsi flavor, but these were on sale so I figured it'd give them a go. Doesn't taste like a remember, has a very sour taste like an artificial lemon taste. You also have to pour them in slowly because unlike any other flavoring I've used these cause the soda water to fizz like crazy. I wouldn't recommend these and will not buy them again, you'd be better off buying Shasta or another discount soda than these.

I drink the diet cola version but for some reason, it's always showing 1-2 months for delivery though it really only takes about 3 weeks. I've started buying from a common big name store since they'll deliver for free and Amazon is just matching their price. The last batch I got from Amazon, one bottle was leaking and two others had no gap between the lid/bottle so it was almost impossible to remove the cap due to pressure. Same issue when trying to place the cap back on though I'd assume that issue is with the manufacturer.
