I recently purchased the AMPLESTA Mixer Grinder, and I must say it has exceeded my expectations. The motor is incredibly powerful, ensuring quick and efficient grinding of various ingredients. The build quality looks and feels sturdy and decent. The operating noise level is fairly low too and all in all it seems to be a VFM product. However, in the set I recieved one of the changeable blades had a faulty threading which made the contents spill out - so I sent it back for a replacement. The second set - replacement - arrived in a very visibly used and re-sealed box, had both the plastic jars lids missing and the product was clearly a pre-used one. Am sending it back for a refund now.I quite liked the product otherwise for its compactness, looks and work power...too bad the company is clearly not a very professional one and that's the reason for the single star rating - will now opt for another brand.

Maybe the company could give us an extra set of washers which is like a rubber band inside the blade lid of the blenders, which has already snapped,thus the leakage. Where can I buy a set,or can I buy it through Amazon.

Quality of the product is not up to the mark as compared to the price.Burning smell and router gets melted because of heating issues.Its equivalent to a 1000 Rs Mixer grinder....

Edit: I am using this grinder for past 7 months works great for my family of 3 but the juice jar rubber is broken. I don't know how to fix it. If the manufacturer could help me with it would be great.Original review For smaller things its an apt grinder for a family of 3. There is a bit smell when I use it continuously for 10 mins but since we don't use it that much I am ok with it. I love all the jars it has especially the blender since I make milkshake for my daughter regularly
