Easy, quick ramen fix like what you would get at a ramen house, not exactly of course but similar. Noodles are packed like "fresh" noodles, soft. these take about 2 minutes cook time but taste far superior to the "instant packet ramen". shelf stable, got these in July and the expiration date is December. will definitely reorder.

These popped up on my Amazon prime day feed. So glad to have tried them. Easy, quick ramen fix like what you would get at a ramen house, not exactly of course but similar. Noodles are packed like "fresh" noodles, soft. these take about 2 minutes cook time but taste far superior to the "instant packet ramen". shelf stable, got these in July and the expiration date is December. will definitely reorder.

I thought this was going to be dry noodles, like the Top Ramen dry noodles, instead of the premoistened noodles. Still, good noodles, but, nevertheless, not what I was expecting, perhaps I missed something in the description. So- if you want dry packaged noodles, this isn't it, if you want noodles that aren't dry, these are good noodles, I haven't been to Japan, so can't vouch for authentiticity when comparing the product to something you'd find in country.
