The Rubbermaid Stool is 23 1/2 inches tall, just 1/2 inch short of 2 feet.

i want to use it as shower stool..is it too narrow for a butt?

It depends on how big your butt it. Mine doesn't fit but my husband's does. I suggest you look for the shower stool/chair. We bought one from Amazon. There are different styles.

What is the folded thickness?

At its widest (when folded) its approx 6 inches. Very sturdy.

Will this be good for my toddler washing hands and brushing her teeth? She is 2 years old.
