Very interesting book, lots of tips, I thoroughly enjoyed reading it as it covers all ages even pregnancy which wasn't relevant to me but for someone else it could be. Worth the read.

Disappointed with the overall content of this book. Nothing here I can't find elsewhere or on their website. Lots of 'nice' photographs, but that's about it really.

A great book with some amazing tips in an easy to red and understand style with some gorgeous images. A truly lovely book and a great tool to have if you want to move towards more natural skincare and living. Great price, and good service!

Very good book. Found the recipes more useful than the section on skin but still a very good book packed full of delicious recipes.

This book is well worth a read, its really everything you need to know about all ages of skin and what we can do to improve or help others to improve, Liz Earle's research and practical advice is great and so are her skin products best purchase ever.

This is a fantastic book - after suffering from very dry skin and contact dermatitis for years, the advice on looking after my skin and taking supplements has really worked. I had tried steroid creams to no avail! I'm a big fan of Liz Earle products now as you might expect!!
