These gummies taste good and after a few weeks of taking them, I noticed an increase to my energy levels. Was able to function well on less sleep, felt energized even when only having 6 hours of sleep.

I am in a cut right now and am trying to lose about 10 lbs. I have been counting macros and taking these gummies along with some other supplements for the past couple of weeks. I do feel like these are helping with energy. Other times when I've been in a cut I feel like I am just so tired and so far, I haven't felt that way yet. These gummies are tasty and I actually look forward to taking them every morning. L-Carnitine is also said to help in burning fat for energy and helping with memory loss. I will gladly take something that is tasty and helps to burn fat and slow down memory loss. These are a great supplement and a great/tasty way to take L-Carnitine. I will continue to take these.

I bought the capsules, and saw these, and I though I would try a gummy vitamin, I have never tried a gummy vitamin before.They are too much money, but they are so good I remember to take my vitamins now, lol.I will use up all I bought, but when the capsules are also gone too I will be buying these gummies in the future again.

They are yummy gummies and they have been working very well for me so far!
