Brilliant downlights!
Used in master bedroom to eliminate ceiling rose. Quick and easy to install, however push terminals are much better and easier to work with in tight spaces... Other than that these lights are brilliant!Finish is great but had a few minor scratches on mine but really doesn't bother me as it's practically impossible to see up on the ceiling. GU10 5W 6000k led bulbs bought off Amazon too super bright white light!Definitely, definitely, definitely hole saw 55mm/56mm! It will make the installation way easier than mine was. I only had 51mm in my set so was incredibly tight to fit... Do-able but had to bend the spring clips so the tention wasn't so harsh.Definitely recommend these and will be buying more in the future.

Excellent value for money
These downlights are great value for money. They look very smart when installed and are actually very easy to install. The plastic terminal block housing is a little flimsy but once installed the whole item is fairly robust. The springs have a good strength to them and hold the fixture firmly in place against the ceiling. These also happily accommodate the Philips GU10 LED bulbs.As I'm sure you are aware, in the event of a fire, the downlight hole is like a gateway that allows fire to spread through your house, normally directly to wooden ceiling joists. Fire rated downlights seal off the hole and slow down the spread of fire.Pros- Good value for money- Take Philips GU10 Bulbs- Reasonable construction overall- Strong springsCons- Plastic terminal cover a little flimsy

Very aesthetically pleasing set of lights.
These lights look fantastic and when fitted, really add the overall finish of the room.The spring locking mechanism is very strong and will fix/secure the light in position without any hint of it falling loose.The only negative aspect is that the wire attachment connectors are made with really poor quality components, which does make second fix more time consuming.Overall worth the money though.
