As a person who suffers from fibromyalgia i found that the mat really helps me! Its almost addictive:)I lay on 10 minutes every night and it has helped my neck and back pain.. to be honest it does hurt but in a nice way (sounds crazy) when i used it during a flare up I couldn’t last on it for more than 3 minutes. When im feeling well i lay on for longer

La verdad no me gustó.
No la he usado más que una sola vez del lado que debiera. Me arrepentí y ya no podía regresarla. Lastiman mucho las púas que tiene. Y no te puedes relajar. Lo uso del otro lado para hacer ejercicio.
