I put new batteries in it in December 24th, 2025. Did not have to replace the batteries until January 31st, 2026. I have many of the battery operated candles and lanterns that I have set to timers of 6 hours on. I put in new batteries on all of them on December 24th, 2025. Today is February 18th, 2026 and all of them are still going strong.

These are the best batteries! They are more expensive, but they last so much longer. I have one lantern that I leave on 24/7, to honor my Son. I put new batteries in it in December 24th, 2025.
