I bought and returned multiple bags before sticking with this one. All the pockets are very handy and the size is perfect.The only con I will say is the straps seem a little cheap… I wish they were stiffer. But they work, just seems like it could be tighter in the mole system.

It has an overwhelming amount of pockets and doesn’t seem to allow items to fit in pockets once others are filled.

I bought this for an IFAK, but it's a bit small to fit in all the items that you might need. It might be more useful as a personal first aid kit then for trauma kit. I could barely fit in an Israeli bandage and a tourniquet with a few first aid items into it.

I have an Every Day Carry First Aid kit and I broke the old pouch.This one is awesome. Well made and sturdy, good zippers.What I like most is how it folds open into two compartments.Would highly recommend.

Bag seems to be good quality construction though the Molle on the back is a literal joke. Otherwise this bag is GREAT for a medical kit. Not the "medical bag" but the "large gear bag." Fit's inside a backpacking backpack flat so easy to pack. TONS of little storage areas to keep your medical organized. I'm going to give it a couple coats of waterproofing spray for good measure and should be good to go for many years!
