No side effects. I think it is good managing my blood pressure. I also eat beets as well. Have done enough research to know that real beats and the capsules are good for a healthy heart.

I’ve ordered bottles of these super beet root capsules for over a year now, and it works great but unfortunately this is the second time I’ve had a bottle that had empty capsules.

A few years ago, my husband had a widow maker. After he came home, he was on a plethora of meds. He has been taking these pills for numerous months and holy crap. His doctor has lowered his BP, heart, and sugar meds. His doctor said eventually, the only meds he will have to take for the rest of his life is his heart meds. He has energy and feels great. Using these supplements I personally noticed that when taking these my blood pressure seems to be lower than when I don't take them. I don't know if it is in my mind or if they are actually helping. Results so far suggest they are helping. Will update when needed.

The manufacturer changed the design of the bottle, and now it is WAY too large. Why? Otherwise, I think it is a good product and worth buying, but the size of the new bottle is such a waste compared to the old design (plus it takes up more room to store it).
