I've been lifting for around 4 years and I'm sure like most people, I went through a wide variety of post-workout products, from Pre-workouts, to protein powders, to BCAAs/post-carbs. I've tried many flavors and it was tough to find a good post-workout product that tasted good yet worked at the same time. I'm glad I came across JYM Supplements on my Facebook feed because I've heard about Stoppani and the great advice he gives for lifting and nutrition. I felt comfortable knowing that his knowledge in the fitness and supplement industry would be solid and backed up and without hesitation, bought this and the Post-Workout carbs, both in Rainbow Sherbet flavor simply because I mix the two together for my post-workout drink. Taste: 10/10....I highly recommend the Rainbow Sherbet. Yeah, it's sweet but it's not too sweet to the point where you feel like you're drinking an extremely artificial product. You may have to add a little more water if you mix one scoop of this with one scoop of the Post-Workout Carbs but in general, this might be the best tasting BCAA drink I've ever had Mixability: 10/10.....Mixes well in the Blender bottle and does not clump even when you let it sit. The directions recommend that you drink this over the course of 15-20 minutes and every time I took a sip after couple of minutes, I never saw the need to remix the drink Serving Size: Like most supplements out there, it's a typical 30 serving product and at $37.97 for the Rainbow Sherbet, it's quite reasonable given the amount of thought and science has been put into the making of this product.

I myself use Pre Jym, Pro Jym, and Post Gym. Pre Jym sherbet flavor is the bomb and by far the best pre Jym workout I have had. I have had troubles taking other pre gym and that was not the case with this one. It works as it is supposed to do and provides me with a full workout of energy. The pro gym flavor I have is mint chocolate chip. This is by far my favorite protein flavor I have ever used. Not only is the pro gym a great protein because of the different proteins it uses. It also breaks down all of its numbers, as other brands say proprietary blended and don't go into details of exact mixture ratios. The post gym has helped me recover faster. I chose the black cherry and it is also amazing. The reason I love Jym products is because of the details and precision they put into the product. They break down the BCAAs between pre and post Jym which help spread out the quantity over a period of time. As other supplement companies throw in the same dosage in one product. This allows your body to get the bcaas over a period of time and helps build muscle faster with it spread out. This is by far my favorite products. I have never had an entire bundle of the same brand that I enjoyed. It usually was a mix and match of different products, but now that's not the case. I only use Jym.

Typical Jym quality. Mixes well and quality ingredients. Plus this is a founder owned company. The rainbow sherbert is the most delicious supplement flavor I've ever had. It's like a treat after a workout. Be warned though that like other reviewers have stated it is extremely sweet. I mix it with 40 ounces of water and it is still very sweet.

The flavor is just overwhelming. I'm certain many will love it but it is too much for me & I like rainbow sherbet. If you are taking greens powder, get this stuff. It will cover the taste of anything. I'm not equipped to comment on its efficacy.
