Sea to SummitUltra-Sil Dry Sack

I tend to go on holiday in fairly wild places, and that always leaves me with the worry of how to protect gear such as binoculars, camera, lenses, and the like from dust and moisture without paying a huge weight penalty.These are the lightest dry bags I have come across and serve my purposes admirably well. I wouldn't use them for any heavy-duty stuff - I always keep mine inside a rucksack, for example - but so far they've kept my gear safe. It is also possible to enclose air inside the bag, and that makes for a nice cushion around, say, my binoculars without me having to carry lots of padding.They're available in a number of sizes for varying applications.

The 2 litre size is water volume, when filled to the brim (with water). Practically, this will hold a man's wallet and phone or maybe a pair of thick walking socks. It is well made and strong but always buy larger than you think you need.

I have submerged this product completely in a bucket of water for over 10mins with an old ipod and tissues in side, when opened the tissues were still dry and the ipod still worked, it proves just how waterproof the sea to summit ultra sil dry sac is and why i cannot recommend it enough

I bought this for my camera as I was going to the Galapagos Islands and had a lot of 'wet' landings. It did the job excellently.
