Low Carb Rice Substitute
Magic rice is a low carb substitute for white rice. The texture is a little different, but for recipes that call for rice this is a pretty good choice.

What did I receive?
I received a bag of water. At least I think it’s water. There may be something floating in the liquid, but since I have no intention of opening this package, but instead sending it back, I honestly do not know what is in there, floating. Whatever it is…..it certainly is not 8 ounces of rice. So much for looking for a healthy alternative to white rice. ☹️

It's just OK. But $8 for just one adult mans meal is not worth it. I can make cauliflour rice that tastes better.
