Takes 3 per cup of water! I am hoping we got a bad batch. Had no flavor whatsoever! Tasted like chemicals. We tried a few thinking just the flavor or lack of. Nope rest went in the trash .

I bought this because its sodium levels are similar to liquid IV, but is much less expensive. The flavor is not as good as liquid IV, but if you add 16oz of water instead of 8oz it improves the flavor significantly. I mainly use them for tube feeding, so taste isn’t very important to me since I can’t taste it. I’ve had a family member try it and she agreed that with 16oz of water the flavor is better. So at this price it’s worth a try to see if you like them, add more water than is recommend for better flavor.

Unlike other hydration powders this one tastes like paper. Every flavor tastes the same. If blind folded is just assume someone had given me water that they soaked paper in for a few hours. I know it's sugar free but I still expected to be able to taste a hint of flavor at least.Then there's the soap aftertaste that hits you. I honestly had to force myself to finish one cup.

I like the ingredients of this product but the taste is not what I expected.

Ok, This product is like gold to me. The flavor is bland but who cares i mixed it with reg drink mix and its awesome. Within a few hours i started feeling allot better having this in my system.

If you are expecting a major "Kool aid" burst of flavor from this then do not waste your money! The flavor is so light that not everyone will be able to taste it!So! Was I disappointed with the flavor being horrible? Yes, Yes, YES!However, I didn't want to leave a review that was horrible based on the flavor alone! I removed one star due to the flavor not even being closely noticable! However, does it work? Does it rehydrate?Background on myself....I am an executive chef, and constantly in high heat all day for more hours than I like, always forgetting not only to eat, but to drink, so I'm always dehydrated! Sometimes it's hard to rehydrate. I bought liquid IV but it has too much salt and way too much sugar.I saw these and I guess I was fooled as well, there flavor marketing is amazing but should be fired!Flavor aside, I decided to give them a chance to see if it rehydrated me, and it did. One packet is exactly for 7 ounces of water, I used two within a 16 ounce of water bottle.I did 4 packets a day for three days straight, and I was rehydrated, my pee was clear, and I felt much better and less dry skin as well...So yes, this will rehydrate you, just don't expect it to taste good, I tried the berry, orange, and strawberry that were in the assorted pack.These really work....

This product has NO flavor! I tried two sleeves(packets) and pitched the rest. It has turned out to be a waste of money that I cannot afford to lose.

I know a lot of people complained about it's salty taste, but these are much better than other over sweetened electrolytes I've bought. I use two sachets in a 600ml bottle and taste decent.

The media could not be loaded. tablets are of large size, of good quality, easy to swallow and very value for money. The packaging is so beautiful, I feel the people who make it put their heart into it. Just 1 tablet per day unlike other similar products requires 2-3 tablets. I highly recommend this product.

Habe mit diese Kapseln im Dezember bestellt und nehme diese regelmäßig jeden Tag.Nach meinem Empfinden würde ich sagen, dass ich mich durch diese fitter und weniger schlapp fühle.Die Kapseln selbst sind geruchlos und sind leicht mit ein wenig Wasser herunter zu bekommen.Bisher kann ich nichts negatives gegen dieses Produkt sagen.
