How much easier does this make the exercise compared to a normal ab wheel? I can’t do any rollouts at the moment, will this make it much easier?

I believe it makes a significant difference. I tried the normal ones vs this and noticed a significant difference.

Hi there, does this product come with some knee mats?

Yes, a pair of small knee pads that you put under your knees while using it.
