A near industrial quantity if you are buying for home use
Good flavour, though somewhat chunky pieces of bark. Some pieces seem to represent the whole bark of small branches. I use it in pre - cooking lamb for curries and it works admirably, however if I wanted to add a cinnamon flavour to more subtle dishes I would choose smaller cinnamon sticks. You won't be disappointed in the quantity!

This is the BEST CINNAMON STICKS I’ve ever used! The smell, the depth and the flavour is absolutely natural and real! I’m an Indian and I know my spices very well 😊! This is excellent! I use it for teas and cooking.
