Review: love it - I have owned this pull-out sofa bed for nearly one year, and I continue to appreciate its value. The assembly process was straightforward, allowing for quick installation in my living space. This sofa bed features a full-size design that comfortably accommodates two individuals, making it an excellent option for hosting guests. While the mattress has a firmer feel, which I personally find beneficial, I would recommend a mattress topper for individuals who prefer a softer sleeping surface. The color is aesthetically pleasing, combining a rich gray with subtle blue undertones, thus enhancing the overall elegance of the room. Furthermore, the ease of cleaning this sofa bed is noteworthy, making it an appropriate choice for families with children and pets. Overall, this piece of furniture has proven to be both functional and stylish, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a sofa for smaller spaces.
Review: Absolutely worth the wait! - I spent several weeks studying convertible loveseat sleepers before considering my purchase. Reviewers on desertcart and multiple other retail sites almost unanimously gave very high ratings to the Serta loveseat (and sofa) sleepers. So, I went with the Serta in the Charcoal gray color. It took almost a month to receive my loveseat sleeper, but it was worth the wait. It arrived on my doorstep on a Saturday evening in a very large, heavy box. The shipping box was a little beat up, but inside the loveseat parts had been packed really well and everything was in pristine condition. I did need the assistance of a second person to get the loveseat unpacked and into my house. Aside from easily attaching the loveseat arms, there was no further assembly required. The back mechanism and pull-out footrest work smoothly and perfectly, converting to a full-size bed effortlessly. The upholstery fabric used for this loveseat is soft but looks durable. A contrasting white piping adds a nice design detail to the look. All of the cushioning of this loveseat is firm (but not too firm) and makes it more ideal for the sleeper function. Overall, this is a very solid piece of furniture that doesn't disappoint. I'm very happy with this purchase!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cute and comfy - a bit firm
*by W***W on January 3, 2025*

This couch has been great. I bought it for my college aged son. He uses it mostly as a bed, and said it’s fairly comfy. I find it a bit firm, but haven’t slept on it overnight. It has 3 back positions as well - so you can be full flat, reclined, or upright. The only thing that I don’t like about it is you have to pull it away from the wall to lay it flat. Other than that, super happy with the purchase. It came in a large box in 3 pieces - the main part of the couch, and 2 arms. It took less than 2 minutes to attach the arms. It’s sturdy, the light grey was a nice shade and feels like it’ll hold up. - Update: We still like this couch/bed but after about a year of light use - the seam on the back cushion toward the bottom has come apart. If you were laying on it as a mattress - near where your shoulder would go. I’ve taken off a star for that issue.
