Lemme Sleep Gummies with 5mg Melatonin, 30-Day Supply

I take two of these every night! They worked better when I first started taking them but I will take them every night along with mag glycynate to help with sleeping through the night. They also taste really good. i did try 3 one night but didn't see a difference. Normally melatonin makes me have wild dreams but these don't do that to me.

I have been taking these for about two months now, and they have legit changed my life. I have tried so many other things, either they didn’t work or they were something I was worried about taking long term (like the costco sleep aids) and there was a point recently where my sleep was so bad I felt like I was on the verge of a dang mental breakdown. I decided to give these a shot, and I am so glad I did. My sleep has improved so much, at first I thought maybe it was placebo, but it isn’t. It helped me tremendously and I am so grateful. They also taste so good! I bought a second bottle and will continue to purchase.

these changed my life. i can fall asleep easily but can never sleep through the night until i tried these. i’ve had maybe 1 night where i woke up but overall i feel great. feel good when i wake up in the morning to-not groggy or anything. loved so much i now subscribe and save. they taste soooo yummy too, it’s like my dessert :)

Got these cheap for prime days and only take them when I have time to get a deep sleep. Was skeptical at first based on raving reviews on TikTok but these work great. I do get some weird dreams though.

Generally, I like this sleep aid. The taste and texture are good. However, it takes a while for it to take effect (at least in my system). I'd take it an hour before you want to sleep. So far, I've only taken one due to a slightly groggy feeling upon awakening.

Nearly 2 years ago, a co-worker and I were talking about having issues falling asleep and staying asleep. Both of us consistently waking at 3am. In the past, I have taken medications to help with sleep issues, and was disappointed when they lost efficacy. When they did work, I was tired and sluggish the next day. I've tried melatonin in the past and it did not work for me. I have shared this product with countless friends and family members. It's worked for everyone. Even those who have been prescribed some heavy duty sleep medications say it is the best thing they have tried for insomnia. One of my friends tried another "comparable" brand (not a generic) when she ran out and said that it did not work for her like Lemme Sleep. I have it on auto-delivery. Proper nightly sleep has made a huge difference in my physical and emotional well-being. I am much calmer and far less anxious.

I wanted to wait and try it for a bit to give my truthful opinion. Especially if you take it every night (or almost every night in my case). And lemme (😉) tell you, it truly works. I love it. The smell and taste of the gummies is really good too, I was pleasantly surprised. If you’re not familiar with melatonin gummies or pills you should take it when you’re in bed, no blue lights (phone, computer, tv etc) lights out for it to work. I think I fell asleep after 45 min of taking the gummies. I woke up the first night around 3 hours of taking it but fell asleep pretty quickly after that. So if you wake up in the middle of the night, don’t worry. I didn’t get any weird side effects or grogginess either, so that’s really good. It’s so good, I’m definitely reordering. I love this product so much. It’s helped me get back to normal sleep. I used to wake up around 2 am and was not able to fall back asleep. With the help of Lemme I’m able to fall asleep again and stay sleep until 6 am. Sometimes I’m able to sleep even later and when I wake up I feel really rested. However, there’s a reason I’m not giving a 5 star rating. I purchased 18 bottles from Amazon over the past several years. The last 4 bottles have not been fresh. It’s like they are stale, hard and tasted different. The gummies should be really soft and tasty, softer than a gummy bear, almost mushy. I reported to Lemme after the first 2 stale bottles. They were very responsive and refunded my money. I purchased another 2 bottles from Amazon but they were stale too. I don’t want to keep reporting to Lemme because it’s a hassle. I just want the quality it used to be. I’ll give Lemme another try by purchasing at a different store. But will look for something different if the quality continues to be poor.
