Definitely not 10 inches…
So maybe it’s because I read the title and didn’t read the description but if you were like me and read “ Soft Realistic 10” Gray Shoebill” and thought, “wow!! $23 for a big guy?? Sure thing!!” You’d be very wrong :)I bought this as a gift for my brother (he’s obsessed with this silly bird) and when I saw the title said 10 inches I thought oh heck yeah, give me that guy. You could see how when I open the package and saw I spend 23 dollars on a plush that fits in my hand I very much was not so happy… honestly besides it being small it truly is a wonderful plush, very well made, super soft and kinda cute for a horrifying creature. If you’re looking for a 4 inch fluffy bird friend this is your guy but if you too wanted a 10 inch Shoebill, this guy isn’t it…

If it looks like a duck, it is a duck
This duck was a birthday gift to a friend who loves ducks. And she really liked this duck even though it arrived rather ruffled in its plushness (although it was wrapped in plastic in a box). It did match the photo except for the ruffled plush which in way made one feel that it needed to be picked up and held while smoothing down it’s feathers, i.e. plush. It’s a very tactile gift.
