Sooooo Comfy!
This travel pillow is such a game changer. The first time I used it, I definitely had to mess around with it to find how it best suit my sleeping needs on the plane.I loved that it essentially could give me a higher pillow rather than straining my next cause the regular ones are often shorter in size.Great quality and ease of storing in your bag with the Velcro strap!

Best of what I have tried
I had a few 8+ hour flights and wanted to get some sleep. I had a traditional neck support U shaped pillow which helped, but never really was perfect. I decided to order several different travel style pillows for the family to have options and I we could all pick our favorite. The overlap wrap design was hands-down my favorite. I could rotate the overlap portion to give extra support in different areas depending on my position. The wrap stayed tight and didn't loosen as I was sleeping. I'm 6'2", but seemed to me that it would work for any neck size depending on how much it overlapped. I liked it sort of tight around my neck. I liked that I could sit straight and overlap it under my chin to support my neck as well as keeping my mouth closed. Overall, this was my favorite and glad I found something that works for me.

Bulky
I bought 4 different travel pillows; (1) the Bcozzy (this one), (2) the Vesta loop neck pillow, (3) the Travelon deluxe wrap-n-rest, and (4) Travelrest all-in-one. There were pluses and minuses for each. I ended up keeping #4, but here are my observations on all 4. I am a side sleeper and have trouble sleeping in any position except with my head sideways toward my shoulder, so these observations may not be relevant for everyone.(1) Bcozzy: the cover is very soft and it compresses in its own bag to a cylinder about 6” across by 8”. The amount of overlap wasn’t enough to hold my head comfortably to one side. It is thinner in one part (the back) which seems good if you can sleep with your head tilted back.(2) Vesta Loop: this pillow is quite a bit narrower around than either of the other 2 “loop” pillows. It also is longer. It has something inside which allows you to smush it into a variety of shapes and it holds that position. The cover is not as soft as the others, but the bottom is a soft mesh fabric which may be cooler. It comes with a storage bag. It doesn’t really compress much, but the bag helps keep it in a tighter form for carrying. Even with the flexibility, I couldn’t find a comfortable position for myself.(3) Travelon: the cover is somewhat soft. The pillow shape seems fixed and wasn’t comfortable for me. The pillow doesn’t compress, nor does it have a carrying bag. It is bulky, the largest of all 4 to carry around.(4) Travelrest: this pillow has a removable cover which is very soft. It did not come with a storage bag, but when all the air is out it can be rolled up and secured with the elastic band sewn on the narrow end. It looks odd when filled but was the most comfortable for me in my preferred position.I ended up keeping (4) Travelrest because it is the only one I can see actually sleeping with. I tried all while still in a narrow chair (similar to airplane seating) but haven’t actually used it on a flight.

WONDERFUL TRAVEL PILLOW
This is excellent it wraps and stays wrapped your head is cushioned all around, and the pillow is not too thick so it won’t push your head off the headrest on the airplane. That’s what I found with others and it was annoying. Will definitely be getting some sleep on my 10 hour flight to London. Love love love this.Thank you for making a good product, comfortable material and filling is just the right amount of cushion

Shoulder Surgery
My husband had shoulder surgery and had to sleep on an incline for months. It looked terribly uncomfortable and he kept waking up with a kink in his neck so I bought this in hopes of helping him at least keep his head straighter.Out of the box, I was honestly disappointed. The thing looks and feels a little flimsy for the cost. (I have a super firm u shaped neck support that I use in the car. In comparison, this felt puny.) But my husband said it was incredibly helpful. He liked that it wrapped around (unlike the u shaped supports) just enough to keep his head propped. Even he was surprised at how much this little pillow improved his sleep.I have to give credit where credit is due: this thing doesn't look like much but it definitely helped my husband in his shoulder recovery. His neck aches went away and he slept better and longer.

Useful
I like to use this when I sleep in the lazy boy chair. And I think it keeps my head forward a little to help prevent sleep apnea. But I shouldn't rely on that alone but I think it helps.
