Like many others I had an issue with leakage as well. It came nearly half empty but the plastic bag it came in smelled really nice so I gave it a try and it does indeed smell nice. Its a floral scent. My hair and scalp feel clean and hydrated afterwards. It makes good lather as well so I love that. Wish it came properly packed.

I like the smell of this shampoo, it has a nice scent that isn't too overpower. It seems to work well on my hair, which gets oil if I don't wash it every day. The bottle arrived inside a plastic bag and some of the shampoo had leaked out of the bottle into the bag. They definitely need to look at how they seal up the product as I noticed that several other reviewers made this same comment.

I typically have issues with oily hair and dandruff. I try to wash my hair every other day and usually by the middle of the day on the second day, my hair is disgustingly oily. I would say this shampoo gave me the same results that I have with my usual big store brand shampoos. It didn't make my hair more oily, but also didn't really help to reduce it. I'm not sure what impurities this shampoo is claiming to help with, but it definitely did not do anything in regards to dandruff. It has a nice mild fragrance. Nothing overwhelming and I don't really smell it after my hair is rinsed and dried. The shampoo lathers and rinses out easily. It didn't cause any irritation to my scalp/ skin. Overall, I would say it's a decent shampoo, but nothing to write home about.

I love that the shampoo leaves my hair smelling good even days after washing it. I found it to be very gentle and as a bonus it gave my hair a little bit more volume. I also don't experience product buildup with this shampoo like I have with other in the past.

This smells nice, does not cause an itchy scalp, and makes my hair feel nice. But at $34 it is pretty expensive. I like it, but probably won't buy more because of the price.

This shampoo cleans extremely well. My thin, fine hair has added volume and no more product build up after using. It has a feminine scent that smells more like a perfume than a shampoo. I do like the scent, but I have to skip perfume on the days that I wash with it. (It is pretty strong so the scents compete) I don’t feel like this shampoo is gentle on my hair. My ends feel coarse after using it. It definitely could be worse, but it is advertised as “gentle” and I don’t think that is accurate.

The shampoo came leaking and I wished they put something on the top to prevent the flip top from opening. The shampoo had a pleasant floral scent. It gave a generous lather and washed out cleanly. My hair felt clean and the shampoo washed out cleanly.

I wanted to try this after becoming obsessed with the Ioma sleeping mask. This shampoo is also fantastic. I use it about once a week in place of my typical "clarifying" shampoo. This shampoo gives my roots and scalp a similar (and much needed weekly) deep-cleansed feeling to using a clarifying shampoo, while not leaving the lengths of my hair feeling stripped and brittle (a trade-off I usually have to make with clarifying shampoos). The scent is also completely lovely (but does not last post rinsing), and I like that the bottle is a reasonable size since I only use it weekly. I'm impressed with this shampoo and brand.
