Designed for standard 1-inch barbells and compatible handles, this family combines traditional cast iron durability with a three-hole grip design that makes plate changes and carrying easier. Each plate is made from solid cast iron and finished with baked enamel to help resist chipping and peeling through repeated training. Ground edges and a machined 1-inch center hole support consistent fit on standard equipment, while raised weight markings make resistance easy to identify. The integrated 3-hole grip gives you multiple secure hand positions when loading or unloading a bar and also expands exercise versatility for plate carries, front raises, twists, warm-ups and other plate-only movements. The family spans 2.5, 5, 7.5, 10, 25 and 50 lb plate options in selected singles, pairs and 4-pack configurations, with Black and Gray finishes available on many sizes. The range supports smaller incremental increases as well as heavier strength-training loads. desertcart currently shows 15 purchasable child configurations in this family. Use CAP Standard 1-Inch Grip Weight Plates for muscle strengthening, endurance work, presses, squats, curls, rows, conditioning and progressive overload in home or garage gyms.
