Is it a powder,pellets or what is it?

Sluggo pellets. They work well on my allotment keeping slugs & snails off the runner beans and cabbages. I haven't used them in the garden as I am worried they will upset the frogs.Frogs in the middle of a city are traesures

Can sluggo be used indoors

No, Slugs which eat and the die will smell the place up.Also if small children's are indoors ,they may eat them. Find out where they come from outside ,ie look for signs of entry etc and place some around that area.
