Why is it then charged at £19.99?** A: Not sure ,did they charge postal / delivery charges. I would ask seller why and return the money. **Q: Is it a powder,pellets or what is it?** A: Sluggo pellets. They work well on my allotment keeping slugs & snails off the runner beans and cabbages. I haven't used them in the garden as I am worried they will upset the frogs.Frogs in the middle of a city are traesures **Q: Is it pet friendly** A: Yes it is. We have a maine coon cat which has total run if the garden.
