I bought this for my 11 year old daughter because she wanted to increase her hobby from loom band jewellery. The instructions in this book was clear and simple and she loves it she is now not only making her own jewellery she is also making her own findings. Perfect for any starter jewellery maker :)

This book is the best I've found so far, very informative and explains things very clearly. I've been making beaded jewellery for a few years now and would recommend this to anyone either starting out or the more experienced.

Incredibly easy to follow steps and covered every aspect of jewellery making that I am interested in, so a great buy for me. Will be using this a lot especially around Christmas time.

Beautifully illustrated and easy to follow. My only gripe is that so much of it is common sense and more than once after reading a sentence I found myself thinking - What on earth made them put this in? I think if they took all the rubbish out it would be a much thinner book.

This book is exactly what I needed. I am a beginner to jewellery making and I needed to know how to put the clasps on my finished bracelet and this book tells me step by step.

I have never made any beadwork or jewellery before but was given a kit by a friend for my birthday and was eager to get some simple instructions to get me started. This is ok but from reading the other reviews I was a little disappointed with some of the instructions - as I felt they catered more for more experienced jewellery makers whereby I am a complete novice. I was hoping to sit down and immediately make something simple, but this book did not make me feel I could achieve this quickly and easily, so will be kept until I have a lot of free time to do lots of practice first.

Love this book. I bought this on the reviews from others and am not disappointed. I have not been making jewellrey for too long and this has given me some great ideas for how to expand my range.

I walked into beading as a complete novice and this book has taught me a lot about the craft. What I love about it is that it's instructional on how to make things or how to put them together, without worrying so much on the "fashionable" aspect of jewelry. I personally don't care for fashion or for what's hip or trendy, and so many books are more focused on how to make the "cool" things. This book is simply wonderful at explaining the basics to get you started, regardless of what you're making; how to attach clasps, how to braid wires/strings together, how certain kinds of beads are more beneficial for different crafts, and etc. I found this book at my local library and rented it before I even thought about buying it, but when it came time to return it I knew I didn't want to take it back. Definitely worth the investment. It came packaged durably without creases or bends, and my "like new" copy was in even better condition than I had anticipated.

The techniques, materials used and other concepts are explained very well but the projects shown in the book are rather gaudy.

Helpful and I've been beading some beautiful items from the books inspiration. It's a bit advanced for beginners esp with the intricate weave beading but down the line as I grow it'll help me out for sure. Pretty pictures.

Projects were interesting and desirable. Writing was clesr. Instructions were easy to follow.
