I really would have awarded 3.5 stars. I like this belt. I think the downsides are tolerable. I would pay a bit more in future to avoid the off-gassing stage (stinky for a few weeks) and the sticky straps. Otherwise, I like the rich black color. The fit is good. The style is great. Only other change I would suggest is swap the buckles for higher quality.

I like this belt. Definitely not made of real leather, but seems to be decent quality for what it is. It's very stretchy. It can fit a 33"-54" waist. I fall right in the middle of that, so it's perfect for me. I can wear it in any part of my waist, including my hips because it is so stretchy. I think it looks pretty chic and will work for a variety of looks. I bought it as something I could both wear with my ren faire outfit and also with normal outfits and I think this fits the bill.

this product is cute, but cheaply made. As soon as you put it on, the “leather” will fray from buckling because its just paint, it appears. I put it on once just to try and it looks like I wore it many times. its not worth what they sell it for. The packaging was also strange, it was marked “men’s suspenders”. Finally, there are holes in belts that is fixed to the larger part of the belt where you cant reach nor would you insert that far in, must be production mistake.

I like the elasticity, no smell noted. You can size down it stretches. For the cost it was just ok,
