It's a scooty cover, & bag not provided
One of the worst bike covers I've ever purchased! It doesn't fit on my bike and it looks so bad like a child made this cover using his sewing machine. I don't think it is going to last less than a month. And they didn't even bother to provide a bag for the cover.
