Q: Does it come with the plastic nozzle?

No! I ordered 3 tubes and no nozzle. I wish I’d have known that before ordering.

Q: What chemical can be used on it to “smooth” after applying?

Thank you for your question! You can tool the 3M 08367 Urethane Seam Sealer with water or mild solvent such as a pre-cleaner. Do not tool with any alcohol containing solvents, they will stop the curing process of the seam sealer.

Q: Is the tube made of plastic or thin steel ?
