Is the patch reusable please? ie can i take it off for a bath and put it on again after.

It might not stick as well after but as long as it is still within it's time of use then it should be fine. I tend to cut mine into 2 strips to make them last longer as 1/2 often covers what I need. The other half stay usable for a long time after.

Can you use the patches on your neck?

I used these for tennis elbow with no skin reaction but if using on the neck I would be cautious and try a small patch test first. The patches are rather thin and hard to.apply, they wrinkle up very easily and dont give a feeling of warmth. You might be better with a standard heat patch used over a thin scarf to protect your skin. I would add I also used this company's cream which I found very soothing and pleasant and more effective than the patches.
