Fantastic knife

Unexpectedly huge handle with a lip saves on peeling mishaps, super sharp blade and glides through thick fruit peel and potato skins with ease.Careful when handwashing-you won't feel the slice until you see the blood, but such a clean cut it healed well, ha.WIll look at others in the range now, has also dishwashed just fine, which is safer- for clumsy me- anyway.
