The purifier looks nice however once it goes into a red zone, it can never go back into the green. It keeps cycling between green and red until I restart the unit. Once I restart the unit, it will cycle between green and red for a few second and then settles into green but without a restart, it will just keep on switching between green and red every 3 seconds.

I'm allergic to dust mites and certain pollens, and my friend suggested me to buy an air purifier and sais it would help. So I try this purifier, it is in the primary bedroom and I turn the filter onto the silent mode at night to help me sleep. After 2 weeks i seriously sleep so much better!! I would highly recommend and especially if you have allergies like I do.

I liked the square footage that it states it can purify and the sale price was great. I have been using it off and on for a few weeks. I have a small (100sq.ft) cat room with a litter box. I scoop first thing in the morning, but you have a lingering odor and the litter has a strong perfume scent so I turned the air purifier on high/speed 3.It is sitting near the litter box and almost 3 hrs. had gone by and I just came back into the room (door was closed so no new treasures left in litter box) and it still doesn't smell "clean" and the perfume scent has not dissipated much. I honestly do not know if it is doing anything to purify/clean the air, but it does not seem to get rid of odors. I keep trying to give it "the benefit of the doubt". The lowest speed is almost non-existent and couldn't see how that could purify even a small room.Not sure if I am going to return, not even sure if I could at this time.

This machine started out fine but after only 45 days it stopped working. Everything the trouble shooting instruction manual said to do failed to produce positive results. Hopefully, since this is under warranty Amazon will replace it. Hopefully the replacement will perform better than the initial delivery.

Had a small issue occur with the air purifier shortly after receiving it .. long story short, after a failed attempt trying to get it resolved with Amazon I was able to chat with the manufacturer of the product directly from their website and they resolved my issue immediately, hassle free and were very helpful! 10/10 would recommend this company and their products.
