Will your typical freezer get cold enough to freeze these? No thermometer on my freezer..

In my deep freezer they freeze solid, but in my refrigerator freezer it does not. I don’t think my refrigerator freezer gets cold enough.

I’ve had these in the freezer for a week at 0*. They are still not frozen. Just what temperature are they going to freeze at?

Temperature is not measured by state (liquid or solid) because different solutions have different freezing temperatures.  Pure water freezes at 32 degrees F or 0 degrees Celsius.  The solution in the freezer blocks freezes well below that.  I stored them outdoors a few years ago to see if I could get them SOLID in MN winter weather.  
   Get an "instant read" thermometer.  Freeze 3 freezer blocks in the same level of your freezer for 48 hours. 
  Put one of these permanent freezer blocks in a quart of tap water, another in a solution of salt water (1 qt water and 1/4 cup salt) and a third in 1 qt. Water and 1/2 c sugar. 
   How long does your block take to freeze your solutions?
   Tip:. Cold mooves down;. If you store yours in the top of your freezer, it will protect your food during a power outage or freezer malfunction.

Which color is comparable to the Yeti ice?

I'm not as familiar with the Yeti product, however if it helps, I use 2 of the purple Tundra packs in my cooler and they work awesome for me. Things in direct contact with them will freeze, but they make my sports beverages ice cold, even in a fairly large cooler. They work well enough that I no longer make a stop and buy ice, unless I have to keep food cold for a weekend.

How long will it last for? This will be for medical supplies so please be as accurate as possible

Not long enough. I bought 2 of these in preparation for Hurricane season. I tried them out and they do not last more than three hours. I put them in the cooler with a couple of the same size from Walmart.  Walmart lasted longer. I was really surprised since they advertised they were long lasting.
