Can the film be cut and used for multiple smaller windows?

Yes. It comes as one big sheet of the film. You cut it to your window's measurements plus 1 inch on each side.

Can this be removed easily?

Yes however it may peel some of the paint with the tape.

what is the R value of the film?

R value of less than 1. The purpose of the film is not insulative R value. The purpose of the film is to stop air movement (drafts). It works great over the large two section window where we installed it.
