My Pet Liked This Toy, But It Was Not What Was In The Featured Photo
I bought this foraging toy not for a parrot, but for my Sugar Glider. It comes in a million pieces you have to put together, and also has strong little black rubber bands that secure it together. The rubber bands aren't shown in the featured photo on the product listing so it's probably a disappointment to some people who receive it thinking they are getting the one in the photo.It's made of acrylic, and it looks beat up when you first take it out of the package, but it's actually got a film on it that needs to be removed before use. I can imagine if you didn't notice the film, an animal could get choked on it.Although I didn't like the looks of the toy so much, it works great for putting dried fruit in and letting your furry (or feathery) friends get to work on it! I would definitely order another toy from this company, but I'd probably look for a different version of this toy to avoid the rubber bands.

Not for parrots
This is one of those cases "you get what you pay for. Pretty easy to put together but one of the plastic tabs broke off just putting it together. Goes together easy so no forcing. just broke off, Your given heavy rubber bands to hold it together which my parrots will chew through first thing and then the parts are useless. cause it won't hold together. O well

Arrived in good condition. You do have to remove protective plastic covering from both sides of each piece, then put the toy together. Rubber O rings hold it together, but mine have mostly snapped off so I'll likely use zip ties instead.

CHEAP QUALITY.
Extremely dissatisfied with this product. The first image does not represent the item I thought I was buying. Very cheap quality plastic.

Love it. Only problem, my Amazon Parrot has figured out how to take it apart, so I have to keep putting it back together!

Not what I expected.
I wish I had read the measurements better - this thing is tiny! Held together with rubber bands, there is no way the African grey pictured can use this!

May be great for a little bird, but not an african grey
My african grey crushed this in no time flat, which was the only way he could get his beak inside because the holes are to small.

Not durable.
great idea, however it looks different and poorly constructed. It took my grey less than an hour to destroy it .
