Tasty and healthy
Sad that I can't find this easily in shops so had to go to amazon. Callaloo is a spinach style vegetable so full of lots of good natural vitamins and roughage.I cooked this with some chilli's, garlic and onion and served it with jerk chicken, rice & peas the best meal. Highly recommend this product, it is what is says on the tin.

Great Value, Taste Good!
I like this brand of tin callaloo as it tastes very good and it’s very versatile with all of the dishes that I like to make. I also like that you can freeze portions that you don’t use. The callaloo has a lot of flavour and taste really good.

Basically spinach in a tin
Nice to have for back-up but not the same quality as fresh. Some parts are stringy. Flavour good.

Great value for money for us. We don’t have a great world food selection where we live so are grateful to be able to get this reasonably priced from amazon, even if it means buying more tins than we ordinarily would. A good excuse to make more callaloo soup!
