Wonderful piece of kit!
Wonderful piece of kit! - so simple but works a treat - to get a straight line down a piece of wood/material (I marked out a center line on some one inch square metal box section in one instance using a dartboard type dart as the marking device instead of a pencil, as in doing the same on wood) and is a joy to see without the usual messing about as it's so, so simple to use and quick of course - and if a larger size was available I would buy that as well! 5 Stars no probs!

Miss sold not Rockler
Item is fine, but miss sold as a rockler. It is in fact an inferior substitute. Can buy same on eBay for £4

Centre finder
I fit a lot of doors, when fitting locks on the door this product saves time and is very accurate finding the centre every time.It’s not a must have but I have found it very useful and easy to store in your work belt. Try it and you will agree with me how useful it is.

Works brilliantly
Great bit of kit. So simple and well made that it’s not really worth making your own. Standard pencil is a tight fit which aids accuracy.

Poor take on an old tool
Not particularly useful. I have tried a couple of pencils in mine but they are not held well.The nicest feature is the magnet, otherwise build your own version. Look-up 'spar gauge' as these things have been around for centuries... just not in injection moulded plastic!

Great tool but no metric markings
I wanted this tool for easy and precise marks on my woodworking Projects. The tool itself is fine and very practical, and I would give it 5 stars, if it was not for the fact that markings on the tool are in inches - not mm. When I buy a tool in EU, I expect it has metric markings on it unless it says otherwise. Hence, only 2 stars from me!
