i am using this product for 1 year now and not facing any power issues in my pc, actually i purchase this psu for my graphic card which i paired with ryzen 5 2600 and rtx 2060 super, and i do not face any stutter in games and it delivers good power to my pc built,and also some of my geeks friends who are interested in gaming pc suggest me to go with corsair brand in terms of power supply. And i must say that they were right about this.Thank you corsair for providing us such good products

It is ProtectIng my Desktop PC: Before it purchased, Below Rs. 1500/- worth 450 watts SMPS I was used in my Desktop PC, When AC power fails, these SMPS could not boot with in Milli Seconds DC Power (Which is UPS or Inver Power), this leads PC shutdown and restart, due to this result: 1. Some times OS currupted, reinstll OS and Upto not auto-save work loss. 2. Some times SMPS Fails, I replaced nearly 7 SMPS for my 3 Desktop PCs when SMPS fails. I fed up. I analysed failure causes: My Desktop PC have Graphic Card, I am doing Auto Cad Drawing works. These Cheep SMPS Could not supply required rating power to the components of Desktop PC. Lot of search in Internet, calculate wattage power required, what is excess wattage to stable and future upgrade or add in components. I Decided, Purchased this American Brand CORSAIR SV 550 in my Budget Rs.3,599, and install in my Desktop PC. Now it working well, No OS corruption, No SMPS burnt. With my more than 2 years experience: I fully satisfied (100 %) and re command to every. Thanks to CORSAIR INDIA AND AMAZON INDIA.

Good product with solid power cables. Nice packaging as well.

Lasted for one year and six months.No clear responce for the 5 year warrenty. Amazon has passed some numbers to contact which were not working or fraudulent.Email add of seller also not working.Finally after many attempts to make amazon give the right agent in india I could get a replacement by traveling to the shop ,kaizan informatics in Chennai.

If you looking for a good psu that you want to use for a long time go for it without any doubt previously i was using its vs450w for the last 7 years not even a single problem occurred with it. And obviously it is very very silent. Buy it blindfolded because it is CORSAIR.

If you have a PSU of 350, Highly recommend bumping up to at least this 550. Never any issues with this model, Bought for a friend who hasn't had any issues and has only reported increased performance due to Power throttling issues. Budget Build and needing more power? This is a budget solution that doesn't feel cheap at all.

My old Celeron based PC PSU failed and simply swapping it with the Corsair CV450 and the old workhorse came back to life. Converted the PC into a NAS using TrueNAS with 4 harddisks and it has been running well.

Overall satisfied with the product. Packaging somewhat questionable. Two air bags on each side of the box were already deflated upon arrival.

Lovely power supply, has more than enough voltage to run most of the mid recent to recent computer components. Love the black colour and the fibres wrapping the cable. Would high recommend
