It is only returnable in the original box. How can one ever get it back into the original box after it has expanded?

It is returnable. I did mine... find a Kohl's or Whole Foods in your area. No box or label required. They do all that for you.

Is this pillow hard as a brick and come rolled up instead of already puffed up? I'm looking for something like this only not a dense brick?

Has anyone tried this with ResMed F30 mask?

I use a ResMed F30 mask. This pillow works for me. I am able to sleep on my side. It may take a few nights to adjust but after that I find it comfortable.

Where is this pillow manufactured?

The tag on the slipcover states it is made in China. I assume that's the case for the pillow itself as well.
