Good camera overall
I upgraded a Hikvision 1080p to this 4mp one. It's a nice image quality upgrade. This is my first time using the new web interface for Dahua stuff. Not a huge fan of it but I got it set up. The motion tracking was a little tricky in what the options mean, but overall a good camera still. Works well with BlueIris of course. Shipping was fast and it arrived in good packaging.

This is a great camera, but good night vision is a challenge for it
I have bought many cameras from EmpireTech, and they have been GREAT! This camera is absolutely perfect in the daytime, the "auto-tracking" feature that moves the camera to follow things through the area or observation is AMAZING. I watched a YouTube video that showed how to set up that feature using a virtual "tripwire" in the camera controls GUI webpage, and it has worked well so far. I have yet to get a good, clean, night setting that works, but this is mainly due to my very challenging night lighting scene. My neighbors have a very bright outdoor light that is the opposite side of the road, so it washes out the scene I'm interested in capturing in my front yard (lots of other shadowy areas caused by trees) and no setting so far seems to make things fully acceptable. Also, one other small thing is that the day/night "auto" setting is not reliable, so I went through and set a "schedule" in the GUI that does this function at a specific time every average daily sunrise/sunset time, by month. Camera is up and running outside, so I am optimistic it will be an overall "winner" in my situation. The camera is 4-megapixel, which is GREAT for high-resolution images in good lighting, but the image sensor used is a (1/ 2.7") format, which is a lower-end one if you're mostly interested in low-light performance. A better format sensor for low-light performance at 4-megapixels is the (1/ 1/8"), a considerably larger surface area to collect light over.

Great Camera , Incredible customer service at Empiretech.
A good modern and discreet PTZ cam, with the most recent IVS functions. For a smooth setup procedure, you must use Internet explorer (browser) on Windows, otherwise rules won't be setup reliably. I initially could not figure this out, so I emailed Empiretech, and within 30 minutes heard back from them, I was really surprised to receive such a quickened detailed response . I have since, gone ahead and ordered 2 additional cams. I would highly recommend this camera. Support is as good as it gets. 5 Stars!

Don't bother. Junk won't connect
Total junk. Would never initialize and had to return it. Could ping the network but never would load the web browser. Tried 3 different computers, 2 routers, and even direct connect to NVR. Nope.

Good customer service
The camera performs as described, however I had some issue with the autotracking feature where it would stop functioning randomly. I was able to contact the seller easily and he was able to point me to a firmware update that seems to have fixed the issue. The seller is great and very responsive to messages. For the price, the features this camera offers are great. I dislike dome style cameras however due to glare that shows up in the video when the sun is rising or setting, and this camera is no different, but has a much higher wife approval score with the more traditional camera look.
