Good product. But stand and end gets hot.

This was recommended by my hair stylest. I am sure it is great. I just have to practice with it more.

I wish this has multiple heat settings so that i could turn it down. But once you get the hang of it, the curls are perfect and stay put in normal type hair.

I was looking for an oval curling iron as i thought maybe it would help me to create waves and this one was a good price. However, this does not have heat settings, only an on/off switch. The portion of the tip which you could ouch is very small so easy to burn yourself. The clip doesn't hold hair very well. And it didn't help to create the wave (or even a decent curl) like i wanted so i'll be returning.

Box appeared to be resealed upon arrival. Plugged in and the unit is dead.I'm going to amend this. It's such a hassle to return anything i gave it one more shot before returning. I have no idea why it didn't work in the three different outlets I tried but it did work the last time and has since. I will always be somewhat dissatisfied that it seems unreliable but have decided to keep it. Things should work the first time you plug them in. Since this is a tool that is plugged into an outlet with a reset button and you unplug when not in use I'll keep it.The unit is well made and doesn't appear to be a cheap piece of junk just the not working despite turning it off and on and getting no response in various outlets bothers me.

I bought this a few years ago for around $100. Every time I get on to get the link for a friend I can’t believe how cheap they are now. Love this iron! I took one star away because I wish there were some temp setting options. I’m scared to use it on my daughter’s fine hair at such a hot temp.I’m not Jason, I’m his wife.

It doesn't heat up like my other ones. its okay. its on the expensive side not worth the money.
